Due to the custom nature of 3D printing services, all products are made-to-order based on your specifications. Please review the policy below carefully.

Some products may be fan-made creations and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any official brands, companies, or franchises.

3D Printing Characteristics:
As with all 3D-printed items, minor imperfections are a natural part of the manufacturing process. These may include:

  • Slightly visible layer lines

  • Minor surface variations

  • Occasional unevenness at joints (may vary by individual model)

These characteristics are normal and are not considered defects.


Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days after receiving your order, but only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Because our products are custom 3D printed items made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Size, color, or material selections confirmed before printing

  • Change of mind after production has started

  • Minor cosmetic variations inherent to 3D printing (as described above)

To be eligible for a return (if applicable), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A description of the issue

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Exchanges

Because all items are made-to-order, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If there is an approved issue with your order, we will reprint and replace the item where applicable.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your claim.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
